1. Description:
This is plug-in software to easily enter addresses of people from whom
you get mail for the first time. In short, this is a lazy person's plug-in
to do the following things continuously:
     1) Enter mail addresses to your address book.
	 2) Automatically create a filter for receiving and filter for sending.
	 3) Create a subfolder for the filter target.
	 4) Execute the filter.
	 5) Sort by date after executing the filter.

2. Machine/Environment:
Environment: where Becky! Ver 2 is working.

3. List of files:
  QuickEntry.dll Plug-in software
  QuickEntry_EN.txt this file

4. Installation:
Close Becky! Ver2 if you are using it.
Copy QuickEntry.dll to the Plug-in folder of Becky!.
When you restart Becky!, a Dialog box will appear.
Push OK button after you check contents.

5. Usage:
When you Drag & Drop mail from new people to a folder which you want to
target for them by simultaneously pressing the [Alt] + [Ctrl] keys, a
Dialog box will appear. When you click on the [OK]
button after doing this setting, the plug-in will process continuously
   and automatically.
The initial setting for keys to make the Drop is [Alt] + [Ctrl], but you
can change in setting dialog (described later).

  1) Header:
Choose the header for filtering from the header of the mail dropped.
This combobox lists all headers of selected mail.
The default value is [From] if the	mail is received, [To] if the mail
is sent. You can change this default value in setting.

  2) Mail address:
When you select the header (above), the mail address of that header
will be selected automatically. If the specified header doesn't have
a mail address (ex [To]), all header values	will appear. If the header
has multiple mail addresses, they will be listed
	separately.

  3) Adding a condition to the filter for receiving:
Plug-in will add conditions to the filter for receiving (iFilter.Def).
The header located to the right side of this option will be used.
If the mail dropped is received mail, the header specified at 1) will be
	reflected in this header.

  4) Adding a condition to the filter for sending:
Plug-in will add a condition to the filter for sending (oFilter.Def).
The header located to the right side of this option will be used.
If the mail dropped is received mail, the header specified at 1) will be
	reflected in this header.

  5) Adding place:
Choose one of following 4 options.
	 a) Add condition to the END of existing folder.
If specified folder already exists in the filter, plug-in will
add a condition to end of that folder. If the folder exists many
places in the filter, plug-in will add to the bottom of those
folders. If no folder exists, plug-in will add a new folder to
		 the end of the filter.
	 b) Add condition to the TOP of existing folder.
If specified folder already exists in the filter, plug-in will
add a condition to top of that folder. If the folder exists many
places in the filter, plug-in will add to the top of those folders.
If no folder exists, plug-in will add a new folder to the top of
		 the filter.
	 c) Create a new folder condition to the END of all.
Plug-in will add a new folder to the end of the filter.
	 d) Create a new folder condition to the TOP of all.
Plug-in will add a new folder to the top of the filter.

  6) Create subfolder and set filter target:
To create a subfolder under the folder into which mail was dropped.
When you use this option, the filter target will set to this new subfolder.
The subfolder's name will set to [Subfolder name]. This subfolder name
will be	be labelled with the name part of the mail address which
	is selected at 2).

  7) Delete same condition:
If the conditions a, b, and c, below, are met, in which the
same [header] and [mail address] already
exists in the filter, plug-in will delete those conditions.
	   a) The target is folder
	   b) String include mail address completely
	   c) The condition doesn't have [And] condition.

  8) Execute sort after set:
Execute filter after set parameter and push [OK] button.
Select filter option to the right which you want to be executed.
If the current folder is the same as inbox or sent box, the filter
	 will be executed once.
	 The process is as following.
	    a) Plug-in selects mails which include specified header and mail
			address.
		b) Execute [Sort selected message] by Becky!

  9) Reorganize after sorting:
After execute sorting 8), reorganize that folder by Becky!.
If you sort inbox and sent box, this function is useful.

  10) Add address to address book:
Add a specified mail address to Becky's address book. The initial
value of an address group is set from the folder's property.
The name will be taken from the name part of the mail address.

a setup dialog will appear. Set parameters and push [OK] button.

use those functions (copy, move, setting of sort).
