A) FORMAT

All Microsoft glossaries contain the following five mandatory columns: 
Source Term, Translation (previously also called Target Term), String Category, Platform (previously also called Environment), Product. 
Depending on the product and the tool that was used to create a glossary, other columns, such as source hotkey, target hotkey, or product version may be included as well.
